Ia juga menyampaikan berdasarkan mapping kerawanan yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa potensi gangguan Kamtibmas yang harus diantisipasi, diantaranya Ancaman Terorisme, Premanisme, Aksi Sweeping Ormas, Aksi Penolakan Peribadatan, Kenaikan Harga Sembako, Kelangkaan dan Antrian BBM, Konflik Sosial dan Tawuran, Konvoi dan Balap Liar, Kebakaran Akibat Petasan, dan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika dan Minuman Keras..
Setelah kegiatan apel selesai dilakukan, Kapolda didampingi MY melaunching dua aplikasi milik Polda Sumsel yaitu Aplikasi Cak Pakam dan Aplikasi Simanis yang dibuat untuk mempermudah pelayanan kepada masyarakat terkait dengan kendaraan bermotor.
