“Bukti dan Fakta sudah ada. Seyogyanya demo aliansi mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah itu dilakukan justru mendukung anggota Dewan yang notabene nya wakil rakyat untuk mengawal kasus ini sehingga korban mendapat keadilan dan ke depannya kasus serupa tidak terulang lagi. ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut Kasinyo mengatakan, hal tersebut juga mestinya menjadi perhatian dari pihak pimpinan kampus UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Karena, jika benar aksi tersebut dilakukan aliansi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, maka mahasiswa yang terlibat aksi di Kantor DPRD Sumsel segera dimintai klarifikasi atas dasar apa demo itu dilakukan.
“Jika benar mahasiswa aliansi UIN Raden Fatah, pihak pimpinan UIN hendaknya minta klarifikasi kepada mahasiswa yang terlibat didalam aksi tersebut,” tuturnya.
Lanjut Kasinyo, tentunya harapan masyarakat atas kejadian tindak kekerasan dan penganiayaan oleh oknum mahasiswa UIN ini segera terselesaikan dan menemui titik terang, pihak pimpinan UIN segera memberikan sanksi kepada pelaku berdasarkan kode etik yang berlaku dan pihak kepolisian dapat segera mungkin memproses laporan korban berdasarkan perundang- perundangan.
Selain itu, dengan adanya kejadian ini juga dapat dijadikan pelajaran bagi semua pihak agar lebih menjadi lebih baik imbuhnya.
“Harapan kita agar permasalahan ini bisa selesai sehingga tidak menimbulkan kegaduhan ditengah masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Sementara diketahui, massa tergabung dari Aliansi Mahasiswa yang dikomandoi Presiden Mahasiswa (Presma) UIN Raden Fatah, Yoga Prasetyo mendatangi gedung DPRD Provinsi Sumsel untuk melaporkan Wakil Ketua Komisi V, Mgs Syaiful Fadlia yang dinggap terlalu memprovokasi kasus dugaan penganiyaan fisik dan pelecehan seksual yang diterima Arya mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah saat Diksar UKMK Litbang beberapa waktu lalu.
