Rapat dibuka oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumsel Kartika Sandra Desi SH serta dihadiri para wakil dan anggota DPŔD Sumsel, serta peserta rapat lainnya.
Reses dilaksanakan 1-8 Desember 2022, dan laporan kegiatan reses yang dibacakan oleh juru bicara Dapil masing-masing kemudian langsung diserahkan ke Wagub Sumsel.
