Zulinto: 2 Rusunawa Milik Pemkot Palembang akan Dikelola Lebih Optimis

PALEMBANG, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Kota Palembang memiliki 2 rumah susun sederhana sewa (rusunawa). Yaitu Rusunawa di Jalan Kasnariansyah Palembang dan Rusunawa Kertapati Palembang.

Ke-2 rusunawa itu punya fasilitas yang tersedia yang bagus. Terdapat PDAM Tirta Musi, listrik PLN, lahan parkir, kebersihan dan ada petugas keamanan selama 24 jam.

Setiap Rusunawa Palembang berlantai empat dengan tiga tower. Artinya setiap tower memiliki 98 kamar.

Selama ini kedua rusunawa aset pemerintah kota Palembang tersebut dikelola oleh PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya (PT. SP2J).

Perusahaan ini adalah milik pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini pemerintah kota Palembang.

Asisten II Bidang Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Setda Kota Palembang Ahmad Zulinto menginformasikan jika PT SP2J tersebut akan mengembalikan kewenangan mengelola kedua rusunawa itu.

Jika memang begitu, kata Zulinto adalah Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertahanan menjadi OPD yang bertanggungjawab mengelola kedua rusuna itu. Yaitu Rusunawa Kasnarianyah dan Rusunawa Kertapati.

Jika nantinya dikelola oleh OPD terkait, mantan kadisdik kota Palembang itu optimis bisa lebih menjanjikan. “Kami memaklumi,” kata Zulinto.(*)
