Simak Besaran UMP di Sumsel Berdasarkan Rumus Baru di Permanaker 2023

JAKARTA, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan merilis aturan terbaru mengenai penetapan upah minimum (UMP) 2023.

Menaker Ida Fauziyah mengatakan aturan itu tertuang Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Permenaker) Nomor 18 Tahun 2022.

”Termasuk perubahan jadual penentuan dengan tujuan memberikan kesempatan dan waktu lebih lama dalam menentukan UMP minimum tahun 2023,” kata Menaker Ida Fauziyah di Jakarta, Sabtu 26 November 2022.

Besok semua provinsi di Indonesia sudah harus menetapkan UMP minimum.

Permenaker itu tentang empat hal penting. Pertama, kewajiban bagi pemerintah daerah menetapkan upah minimum 2023.

”Kedua ada rumus perhitungan upah minimum dan terakhir kenaikan upah minimum provinsi atau daerah tidak boleh melebihi 10 persen.”

Keempat, kebijakan kenaikan upah minimum paling lambat harus diumumkan 28 November 2022.

Menurut Ida penambahan waktu itu agar dewan pengupahan daerah ketika menghitung besara upah minimum tahun 2023 menggunakan formula baru.

“Upah minimum provinsi dan upah minimum kabupaten/kota yang telah ditetapkan mulai berlaku pada tanggal 1 Januari 2023,” tertulis dalam keterangan resmi yang diunggah melalui laman Instagram Kemnaker.

Ida berharap penyesuaian penghitungan upah minimum 2023 ini dapat menjadi jalan tengah atas dinamika sosial ekonomi yang berkembang.

Karena ada penyesuaian formula UMP, maka batas akhir pengumuman upah minimum juga akan diperpanjang.

Untuk upah minimum provinsi (UMP) 2023, Kemnaker memperpanjang batas akhir pengumuman menjadi 28 November 2022. Sementara upah minimum kota atau kabupaten (UMK) diberi waktu hingga 7 Desember 2022.(*)
