Walikota Palembang H Harnojoyo mengatakan seminar personal branding agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan motivasi bagi para ASN dalam bekerja.

Harnojoyo berharap ASN Pemkot Palembang yang mengikuti seminar Personal Branding bisa menyerap ilmu dan motivatasi dari seminar yang di ikuti.

“Ikuti dengan sungguh-sungguh, sayang kalau sudah datang tapi tidak sungguh-sungguh. Karena ini untuk peningkatan SDM ASN, sehingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik,” ucapnya.

Lanjut Harnojoyo, bekerja ialah bagaimana membuat diri bermanfaat.

“Maka Kerjanya harus ada inovasi, kalau tidak ada inovasi kita tidak ada merk/brand atau nilai lebih yang di kenal,” tuturnya.

Kendati demikian, Harnojoyo menyebutkan melalui seminar Personal Branding agar ASN tidak hanya dapat mempersonal branding dirinya tapi juga dampak ke kinerja tempatnya bekerja.
