JAKARTA, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), Muhammad Rizky alias Rizky Billar terhadap istrinya Lesti Kejora berbuntut panjang.
Pengacara senior Hotma Sitompul kini menjadi kuasa hukum Rizky Billar, dan akan bekerja satu tim dengan Adek Erfil Manurung.
“Saya diminta mendampingi Rizky,” kata Hotma Sitompul di Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (12/10).
Sementara terkait kasus KDRT kliennya, Hotma mengaku telah meminta Penyidik Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan menunda pemeriksaan Rizky.
“(Rizky Billar) letih sekali, kami minta ditunda dulu sementara,” kata dia.
Hotma juga menyebutkan Rizky menginap di Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka yang akan dilanjutkan pada Kamis (13/10/2022).
Meski demikian Hotma belum memberikan keterangan kliennya akan ditahan oleh pihak kepolisian terkait kasus tersebut.
Namun pengacara senior itu menyebutkan pihaknya berencana mengajukan permohonan penangguhan penahanan dalam kasus tersebut.
