Kopi yang diseduh langsung dari serbuk kopi mengeluarkan bau khas yang disukai coffe lovers. Beberapa orang lainnya ternyata lebih senang mengonsumsi kopi instan tanpa bubuk karena ampasnya tidak ikut terminum sehingga semakin menambah kenikmatan dari cita rasa kopi itu sendiri.

Tidak ada kaitannya dengan minum kopi dengan atau tanpa ampas. Berbagai senyawa kopi tetap  ada pada kopi yang Anda konsumsi, walaupun sudah disaring.

Faktanya, efek candu kopi seperti sakit kepala, gugup, kelelahan, gelisah, cepat marah, jantung berdebar, dan sulit berkonsentrasi diakibatkan oleh kafein. Zat ini merangsang sistem saraf tubuh menjadi lebih aktif.

Ini artinya, manfaat dan efek samping kopi tanpa ampas sebenarnya sama saja dengan kopi biasa atau kopi dengan ampas. Hanya saja rasa kopi tanpa ampas mungkin tidak sepekat atau sepahit kopi tubruk.

Jadi, baik kopi dengan atau tanpa ampas sebenarnya memiliki manfaat dan efek samping yang sama.
Minum kopi tetap dapat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh jika diminum sewajarnya.

Kopi diketahui
dapat mencegah beberapa penyakit seperti Parkinson, batu empedu, penyakit hati, dan diabetes tipe 2.
Kuncinya, jangan minum kopi lebih dari 4 cangkir dalam satu hari.

Jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan, kopi dengan atau tanpa ampas sama-sama dapat menaikkan
kadar kolesterol dan tekanan darah yang bisa meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung. Efek ini tentu berbahaya jika dialami oleh orang yang memiliki hipertensi. (*)
