Ketut menambahkan, eksepsi penasehat hukum terdakwa hanya bersifat pengulangan dan bantahan yang beberapa kali ditegur oleh majelis hakim karena sudah memasuki pokok materi perkara, yakni mengajukan pembelaan sebelum diperiksa perkara pokoknya.
“Sehingga itu harus ditolak dan sidang harus dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan pokok perkara,” kata Ketut, Selasa (18/10).

Selain sidang lanjutan terdakwa Ferdy Sambo, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan juga menggagendakan sidang pembacaan eksepsi dari penasehat hukum terdakwa Ricky Rizal Wibowo dan Kuat Ma’ruf pada hari yang sama, pukul 09.30 WIB. Sidang dilakukan paralel mengingat majelis hakim yang memimpin sidang Ferdy Sambo dan Putri Candrawathi sama dengan sidang Ricky Rizal serta Kuat Ma’ruf.
