Adapun asistensi teknis melibatkan Manajemen Implementation Unit (IU), Koordinator Pendukung Sebaya (KPS), Staf Monitoring dan Evaluasi (M&E) dan Pendukung Sebaya (PS) di Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah intervensi Jawa Riau, Sumatera Selatan, Timur, Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah dan Papua Barat.
