Sementara dalam obstruction of justice, Ferdy Sambo juga didakwa melanggar Pasal 49 juncto Pasal 33 dan/atau Pasal 48 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 32 ayat (1) UU ITE Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 dan/atau Pasal 221 ayat (1) ke 2 dan 233 KUHP juncto Pasal 55 KUHP dan/atau Pasal 56 KUHP.(*)
