SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Bandar Lampung – Menyambut libur panjang Idul Fitri 2023 ini, XL Axiata telah menyiapkan berbagai fasilitas untuk ikut memberikan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat, terutama pelanggan.
Salah satunya adalah fasilitas posko mudik bagi pelanggan yang melakukan perjalanan pulang ke kampung halaman. Di Provinsi Lampung, posko terletak di Jl. Lintas Sumatera, Kecamatan Bakauheni, Lampung Selatan, sejak tanggal 17 April 2023.
Selain itu, jaringan data PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) di seluruh Provinsi Lampung juga telah siap menghadapi lonjakan trafik menjelang masa libur panjang Lebaran.
Untuk itu, Langkah-langkah antisipasi yang sudah disiapkan oleh XL Axiata adalah peningkatan kapasitas yang lebih besar dari hari normal, pemanfaatan teknologi jaringan terbaru, pengerahan mobile BTS, hingga menyiagakan tim lapangan selama 24 jam sehari.
Group Head XL Axiata West Region, Desy Sari Dewi mengatakan, “Di Provinsi Lampung, total ada tiga posko mudik XL Axiata. Di seluruh Sumatera ada lebih dari dua belas posko. Di posko mudik XL Axiata, para pelanggan yang mampir bisa beristirahat, melakukan pengecekan tempat wisata dan tempat makan melalui barcode yang sudah disediakan. Fasilitas lainnya berupa cek kesehatan, tekanan darah dan penyediaan obat-obatan. Selain itu, pelanggan juga bisa mendapatkan produk-produk XL Axiata, seperti antara lain paket internet XL dan AXIS dengan harga promo dan pengisian pulsa.”
Sementara itu, dari sisi jaringan, infrastruktur jaringan 4G XL Axiata di Lampung telah menjangkau lebih dari 2.400 desa/kelurahan, 200 kecamatan, dan 15 kota/kabupaten.
Pertumbuhan trafik data di provinsi Lampung dalam dua tahun terakhir ini telah mencapai sekitar 8%. Hingga akhir Desember 2022, total BTS di seluruh Lampung lebih dari 4.100 BTS dengan mayoritas BTS 4G.
Secara rutin, perusahaan terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan di seluruh kota dan kabupaten yang tersebar di provinsi ini.
XL Axiata memperkirakan, seperti pada Lebaran tahun-tahun sebelumnya, peningkatan trafik secara signifikan akan terjadi di terutama di Kabupaten Way Kanan, dengan perkiraan peningkatan mencapai 15%, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, 14%, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat, 10%, Kabupaten Mesuji, 10%, Kabupaten, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, 10%, dan Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 9%.
Beberapa titik yang diperkirakan akan mengalami peningkatan trafik penggunaan layanan data sepanjang libur lebaran terutama adalah sejumlah lokasi wisata seperti Wisata Wira Ganden akan mengalami kenaikan sekitar 30%, Pulau Pahawang 19%, Tugu Adipura/Bundaran Gajah 17%, dan Puncak Mas 8%.
Untuk pusat keramaian, XL Axiata memprediksi akan terjadi peningkatan di pusat-pusat ibadah seperti masjid agung, pusat perbelanjaan, alun-alun, terminal bus, stasiun kereta api, bandara, hingga sepanjang jalan arteri non tol dan tol yang menghubungkan daerah-daerah di Lampung dan sekitarnya.
