Pastikan data yang dimasukkan ketika mendaftar sesuai dengan data Dukcapil. Apabila data tak sesuai, calon peserta bisa menghubungi Dukcapil melalui telepon 1500537, Whatsapp/SMS 08118005373,
email ke callcenter@dukcapil.kemendagri.go.id, atau kunjungi kantor Dukcapil terdekat guna melakukan pengecekan lebih lanjut.

4. Unggah foto KTP dengan jelas

Gunakan kamera handphone saat hendak mengunggah foto KTP, bukan mengambilnya dari galeri.Jika pendaftaran dilakukan melalui komputer, maka lanjutkan proses pendaftaran melalui browser handphone calon peserta.

5. Wajah harus terlihat jelas saat verifikasi foto wajah

Agar sukses dalam tahap ini, pastikan agar wajah terlihat jelas dengan pencahayaan yang cukup saat mengambil swafoto dengan kamera handphone. Selain itu, hindari penggunaan aksesori seperti topi, kacamata, masker, KTP dan barang lainnya. Terakhir, izinkan situs perambah untuk mengetahui lokasi Anda.
