Ibu Hamil Kebingungan, Layanan Jaminan Persalinan Dihapus per 1 Januari 2023

Seperti diketahui, untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi baru lahir, Kementerian Kesehatan RI mengupayakan jaminan persalinan (Jampersal).

Plt. Direktur Gizi dan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat, Kemenkes dr. Ni Made Diah PLD, MKM Mengatakan klaim pelayanan Jampersal diajukan untuk Ibu paling lama 42 hari pasca persalinan atau Bayi paling lama 28 hari setelah persalinan.

“Penerima manfaat Jampersal dapat dilayani di semua fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan, baik Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) maupun Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjut (FKRTL),” ujar dr. Diah seperti dilansir web kemenkes RI.

Untuk pelayanan Jampersal pada praktik mandiri bidan, diperkenankan dengan persyaratan bidan tersebut berjejaring dengan FKTP yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan.

Pelayanan Jampersal di FKTP meliputi pelayanan antenatal, persalinan spontan (pervaginam), persalinan normal dengan tindakan emergency dasar, pelayanan ibu dan bayi baru lahir pra rujukan.

Pelayanan ibu nifas dan bayi baru lahir, pelayanan KB pasca persalinan, pelayanan rawat inap di FKTP, pelayanan di FKTP mengikuti manfaat pelayanan JKN.

Pelayanan Jampersal di FKRTL mengacu pada prosedur penjaminan pelayanan Program JKN, yaitu dilakukan sesuai indikasi medis

Dikatakan dr. Diah, prosedur pelayanan peserta Jampersal diawali dengan penetapan data peserta Jampersal yang diinput Dinas Kesehatan melalui sistem informasi aplikasi e-kohort.

Data peserta akan divalidasi oleh Kemenkes dan BPJS melalui interkoneksi sistem informasi.
