Masjid Jakarta Islamic Center Terbakar Diduga dari Percikan Api Las

Polisi menduga kebakaran yang merobohkan kubah Masjid Jakarta Islamic Center berasal dari percikan api alat las pekerja. Percikan api tersebut menyambar bahan yang mudah terbakar. (CNN Indonesia/Adhi Wicaksono)

Si jago merah baru berhasil dijinakkan sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB. Insiden ini tidak menimbulkan ada korban jiwa dan luka-luka.

Penjabat Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono juga memastikan hanya bagian kubah dari Masjid saja yang terdampak musibah kebakaran.

“Kubah saja, kubah,” kata Heru dalam rekaman yang diterima dari Humas Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Rabu (19/10).
