PALEMBANG, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM- Pemerintah Kota Palembang meraih penghargaan Predikat Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik dari Ombudsman Republik Indonesia.
Indikasi penghargaan lantaran Pemkot Palembang memenuhi memenuhi standar pelayanan di semua unit pelayanan. Nilai yang diraih Palembang yakni 91,23.
”Ini jadi motivasi untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan kepada publik,” kata Walikota Palembang Harnojoyo, Kamis 22 Desember 2022.
Harnojoyo , mendedikasikan penghargaan ini kepada seluruh masyarakat Kota Palembang.
Harnojoyo yakin pelayanan yang diberikan masih belum memuaskan masyarakat sepenuhnya. Namun, dengan dukungan penuh dari seluruh masyarakat, ia akan berupaya sekuat tenaga akan terus melakukan perbaikan.
“Kita ingin memberikan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat Kota Palembang,” katanya.
Sementara itu Sekda Kota Palembang Ratu Dewa mengingatkan kepada seluruh ASN di jajarannya agar tidak berpuas diri dengan hasil yang diperoleh ini.
Ratu Dewa meminta seluruh OPD di lingkungan pemerintah kota Palembang tetap melakukan terobosan.
Terus berinovasi dan melakukan perubahan dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
“Ke depan kita akan terus melakukan perbaikan sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan lebih memuaskan masyarakat.”
Ketua Ombudsman RI, Mokhammad Najih, menjelaskan, tahun ini jumlah instansi yang masuk zona hijau meningkat dibandingkan tahun lalu.
Pada 2021, sebanyak 179 instansi masuk zona hijau. Tahun bertambah jadi 279 instansi atau 52,96 persen.
Sedangkan zonasi kuning mengalami penurunan dari 316 instansi di tahun 2021 menjadi 250 instansi di tahun 2022.
Kemudian zonasi merah juga mengalami penurunan, dari 92 instansi di tahun 2021 menjadi 64 instansi di tahun 2022.
Sebagai bentuk inovasi pengawasan pelayanan publik, lanjutnya, pada tahun 2022 Ombudsman melakukan penyempurnaan penilaian penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik.
Ia menambahkan, bagi Ombudsman, perbaikan konsep penilaian tersebut juga diharapkan dapat memperkuat pengawasan Ombudsman untuk pencegahan maladministrasi.
Penilaian kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui pengumpulan data berupa wawancara kepada penyelenggara layanan, wawancara masyarakat, observasi ketampakan fisik (tangible) dan pembuktian dokumen pendukung standar pelayanan.
