Sebelumnya, puluhan nisan di areal komplek Pemakaman Pangeran Kramajaya dan keluarga di Jalan Segaran, Lr Kambing, Kelurahan 15 Ilir, IT I, Palembang, dipatahkan dan dihancurkan.
Pemakaman Pangeran Kramajaya dan keluarga sudah tercatat di Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang dengan nomor urut 013.
Juga sudah tercatat di Nomor Registrasi Nasional : PO2018090600566. Salah satu tim hukum dari kantor hukum Laskar Joeang Persada , Haris Fadillah membenarkan kabar tersebut.
“ Dari Sabtu pagi di pasang seng itu, ketahunan semalam, Selasa (17/1) tadi kami dapat kabar dari pak RT soal pemasangan seng itu lalu kami langsung kesana malamnya,” kata Haris, Rabu (18/1).
Atas kejadian tersebut Haris mengaku belum mengambil sikap atas kejadian tersebut dan masih bingung dan tidak bisa memutuskan langkah yang akan diambil.
Menurutnya satu satunya jalan , areal komplek Pemakaman Pangeran Kramajaya dan keluarga segera ditetapkan sebagai cagar budaya oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang melalui Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang.
“Sengnya belum kami bongkar, biarlah seperti itu, karena kalau kita bongkar kita kenapa pasal 170 KUHP, kalau seng itu kita robohkan pelaku akan buat laporan ke polisi,” katanya.
Sedangkan Sekda Palembang Drs Ratu Dewa Msi ketika dihubungi melalui Whatapps , Rabu (18/1) mengaku sudah meminta pihak Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang untuk mengecek komplek Pemakaman Pangeran Kramajaya dan keluarga tersebut.
“ Ternyata panjang ceritonyo sejak tahun 2013, beliau punya dok kronologisnya sampai sekarang, statusnyo masih sengketa,” katanya.
Sebelumnya tahun 2010, Komplek makam Pangeran Kramajaya ini juga pernah ditimbun oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.
Malahan Wakil Walikota Palembang Fitrianti Agustina dan Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang kala itu di jabat Ir Sudirman Teguh sempat melihat langsung kondisi pemakaman yang sempat di timbun oleh oknum tidak bertanggungjawab.
