Ganda putera meloloskan tiga wakilnya, Kevin Sandjaja/Markus Gideon, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto dan Leo/Daniel.

Nah sungguh disayangkan, mantan rangking satu dunia Kevin/Markus harus bentrok dengan juniornya Leo/Daniel di babak ini.

Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo menang atas Alexander Dunn/Adam Hall 21-14, 21-9 di babak 16 besar Denmark Open 2022.

Dua wakil merah putih kalah adalah Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan tersingkir dengan skor 19-21, 17-21 dari Lu Ching Yao/Yang Po Han.

Dua wakil Indonesia lainnya yang lolos ke babak perempat final ini adalah ganda puteri Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.

Duo ini menang karena lawannya memutuskan retired. Apriyani/Fadia lolos setelah Du Yue/Li Wen Mei memutuskan mundur di kedudukan 21-13, 6-1.

Disusul Jonatan Christie lolos setelah memenangi duel keras dari melawan Lee Cheuk Yiu dengan skor 17-21, 21-9, 21-19.

Hari ini juga akan mempertandingan duo istora boys di perempat final Denmark Open 2022. Victor Exelsen versus pemain muda dari Singapura Loh Kean Yew (Singapura). Victor Axelsen menang dua gim, 21-15 dan 21-19, dari Rasmus Gemke. pada perempat final. (*)
