Deolipa Bikin Album Lagu Gangster Sambo Usai Dipecat dari Pengacara Bharada E

Minta Fee Rp 15 Triliun

Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Andi Rian Djajadi menyebut kuasa Deolipa Yumara dan Muhamad Boerhanuddin sebagai pengacara Bharada Eliezer atau Bharada E telah dicabut. Deolipa mengaku belum diberi tahu dan meminta fee Rp 15 triliun.

“Ini kan penunjukan dari negara, dari Bareskrim. Tentunya saya minta fee saya dong. Saya akan minta jasa saya sebagai pengacara yang ditunjuk negara. Saya minta Rp 15 triliun, supaya saya bisa foya-foya,” kata Deolipa kepada wartawan, Jumat (12/8).

Deolipa mengatakan meminta Rp 15 triliun karena merasa ditunjuk oleh negara. Jika tidak dipenuhi, katanya, dirinya akan mengajukan gugatan.

“Ya kan kita ditunjuk negara, negara kan kaya. Masa kita minta Rp 15 triliun nggak ada. Ya kalau nggak ada, kita gugat, catat aja,” katanya.

“Kapolri kita gugat, semua kita gugat. Presiden, menteri, Kapolri, Wakapolri, semuanya kita gugat supaya kita dapat ini kan sebagai pengacara, secara perdata, Rp 15 triliun,” tambahnya.

Deolipa mengatakan akan mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Gugatan dilakukan bisa secara perdata, katanya.

“Perdata bisa ke PTUN, bisa secara perdata,” katanya.

Sebagai informasi, Bharada Eliezer merupakan salah satu tersangka dalam kasus dugaan pembunuhan berencana terhadap Brigadir Yoshua. Selain Eliezer, Polri juga telah menetapkan tiga tersangka lain, yakni Irjen Ferdy Sambo, Bripka Ricky Rizal, dan Kuat Ma’ruf.(ygs/idh/detik.com)
