Kemenkes Stop Sementara Jual Obat Sirup

JAKARTA, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) menginstruksikan seluruh apotek yang beroperasi di Indonesia untuk sementara ini tidak menjual obat bebas dalam bentuk sirup kepada masyarakat.

Instruksi dikeluarkan Kemenkes sebagai kewaspadaan atas temuan gangguan ginjal akut progresif atipikal yang mayoritas menyerang usia anak di Indonesia.

Ketetapan itu tertuang dalam Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor SR.01.05/III/3461/2022 tentang Kewajiban Penyelidikan Epidemiologi dan Pelaporan Kasus Gangguan Ginjal Akut Atipikal (Atypical Progressive Acute Kidney Injury) Pada Anak yang diteken oleh Plt Direktur Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan Murti Utami pada Selasa (18/10).

“Seluruh apotek untuk sementara tidak menjual obat bebas dan atau bebas terbatas dalam bentuk sirup kepada masyarakat sampai dilakukan pengumuman resmi dari Pemerintah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan,” demikian bunyi poin 8 dari SE tersebut.

Murti kemudian meminta agar seluruh tenaga Kesehatan pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk sementara tidak meresepkan obat-obatan dalam bentuk sediaan cair atau sirup sampai dilakukan pengumuman resmi dari pemerintah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Ia juga meminta agar fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang melakukan penatalaksanaan awal penyakit misterius ini merupakan rumah sakit yang memiliki paling sedikit fasilitas ruangan intensif berupa High Care Unit (HCU) dan Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
