PALEMBANG, SRIWIJAYAPLUS.COM – Keinginan dan komitmen serius Pemkab Muba bersama Forkopimda hingga jajaran Polda Sumsel untuk melakukan tata kelola terhadap pengelolaan sumur minyak masyarakat di Muba terus digetolkan.

Ini terbukti dengan telah disiapkannya Rencana Tata Kelola Sumur Minyak masyarakat di Muba yang juga melibatkan para akademisi demi keselamatan masyarakat dan lingkungan di Bumi Serasan Sekate.

Rencana Tata Kelola tersebut disampaikan langsung Pj Bupati Muba Apriyadi Mahmud dalam kesempatan Kunjungan Kerja Dirjen Migas Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral di Polda Sumatera Selatan Dalam Rangka Pembahasan Terkait Illegal Drilling di Gedung Presisi Polda Sumatera Selatan, Jumat (20/1/2023).

“Aktifitas meresahkan sumur minyak masyarakat di Muba ini seperti bom waktu, tentu harus kita benar-benar serius melindungi masyarakat dan lingkungan di Muba dari dampak aktifitas tersebut,” ungkap Apriyadi.

Apriyadi memaparkan, konsep tata kelola yang telah disiapkan diantaranya Tata kelola keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan hidup, tata kelola kontrak jasa dan perjanjian kerjasama.

“Lalu, tata kelola penguatan kapasitas kelompok masyarakat dan tata kelola akses pemodalan dan kredit lunak bagi masyarakat pemilik sumur minyak. Kami sangat yakin rencana tata kelola ini sudah mengakomodir perlindungan masyarakat dan lingkungan di Muba,” jelasnya.

Ia menambahkan, berdasarkan data yang di inventarisir terdata ada sekitar 230 ribu masyarakat Muba yang terlibat pada aktifitas penambangan sumur minyak.

“Ini jumlahnya sangat banyak, tentu kami sangat berharap Pemerintah pusat mengakomodir tata kelola ini serta segera ada realisasi konkrit terkait revisi Permen ESDM nomor 1 Tahun 2008,” tegasnya.
